Answering post-enrollment questions, reminding clients of all the plan benefits and being first in line for support if there is an issue are all very important aspects of great client support. My current clients understand they can contact me to do the heavy lifting, get answers to all their plan questions, provide guidance and review plan changes or compare plans during Annual Enrollment Period.
